The office is horrible! They took over for Dr Padron-Spence and it's been unorganized and unprofessional since then. You wait 5 minutes shy of an hour to be called back into a room, only to wait there another 45 minutes to be seen. They do not value their patients or others time. If I could give a negative star review I would! Also, they do this to their elder patients as well. 70, 80, and 90 year olds waiting hours to be seen, that borders on elder abuse.
Thank GOD, I'm So glad im done with that office. Dr and rude staff. Now its a hot mess over there. Can't get prescriptions, don't answer fones, chicks r mouthy. Can't wait 2 c new doctor. One that will stay in office more than 5 minutes! Zinge's staff need 2 work on people skills. I get better treatment in urgent care right next door 2 her office.
