This doctor is very unprofessional as she discusses and laughs with her assistant about your medical condition, while in consultation. Plus the staff at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. Also when attempting to get medicine refills for medication prescribed for yearly use, the staff and the doctor ignore any requests for refills
I absolutely deeply appreciated the time Dr. Azinge spent with me at time of my first appointment with her just this week. Dr. Welim Azinge saw me for the first time for a follow-up visit. When Dr. Azinge walked into the room; I was immediately met with professionalism, confidence and compassion. Together, she and her nurse addressed my health concerns. I had an appointment scheduled, yet they made me sign in like I was a walk-in patient. It has been over an hour past my appointment time and I still haven’t seen my doctor. The waiting time here is ridiculous. They clearly do not have enough rooms or staff to handle the number of patients they schedule. If they are short staffed, they should stop overbooking appointments. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I will be changing my Primary doctor provider, had 2 appointments here , and today is my last.
If I could add a comment with 0 stars, I would. Dr. Welim Azinge was & has been the worst experience with a provider I’ve ever encountered in the Valley & in my life. She is completely unprofessional & lacks in doing her due diligence as a family medicine physician. She down plays your health concerns. She rushes your paid appointment for you to only obtain a 10-15 minute slot for both in office & telemedicine visits after making you wait for over 2 hours both in the lobby and in your patient room.
