I had a knee replacement done the next day after I had it done I'd physical therapy because I was a home patient well I went to my physical therapist and he rushed me down to the emergency room because my Staples were still bleeding waited 3 hours to get in to see somebody didn't have nobody offered to pop up my leg and so it just hang there and there was blood on the emergency room floor they rushed me to the back cleaned it up could tell I was in pain doctor came in and stood there and argued with me saying that I didn't h... read more
Saw Dr. Krotzer, it doesn't seem like she knows male anatomy. It felt like she did not care about me as a patient. Overall was not a positive experience. Also she lied on my chart.
I saw Dr. Krotzer. It did not feel like she cared. It also felt like she didn't know what she was talking about. She also lied on my chart. This was not a good experience and just reaffirmed for me that doctors are not worth going to because they won't listen to you, and don't care about actually helping you.
I am a new patient, due to ER visit. I now have a primary, Whitney N.,who is wonderful. She is very easy to talk to and addressed all of my concerns. Both my ER & clinic visits were good experiences. I look forward to continuing my health care needs with Welia.
