I saw Dr. Krotzer a little while ago. It was a TERRIBLE experience. It felt like she didn't not care about why I was there or like i was wasting her time. Then she lied on my chart about what I said, she wrote the exact opposite of what I said. And said I didnt have a condition I was already diagnosed with. She shouldn't be a doctor if she doesn't care about her patients!
Doctors,nurse's,and staff were excellent my complaint is with billing,bill came and it said if paid in full get a 10%discount, paid bill in full no discount 3 calls later and 4 or more month later still no discount and haven't heard a thing
I have been too many Dr's here at eelia mora. I switched from Essential Health, I probably be in very bad shape if I haven't switched
