Superb at producing inadequate products – I have had 2 experiences with this company and both have been totally unsatisfactory. The first was very poorly executed but the people were so sorry and so willing to patch-up the mess I gave them a second chance. On the second order I was so appalled with the inability of the company to provide a decent product that the owner refused to make it right or refund my money.
