Service department is top notch. I have an older truck with over 100k miles so I know things are going to be found. There is never any pressure to have it immediately repaired. Taylor is wonderful to deal with and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The complimentary vehicle pick up & return is the cherry on top.
I bought my car at the Ford dealership in Siler City and have had all service provided there, to my great satisfaction. I recently used their pickup/delivery service and was thrilled to get back my time, 100K miles of service that I can highly recommend and while Crossroads has added this dealer to their family, the local service providers are still doing a great job.

Very easy to schedule appointment for service with Barry and pickup/delivery with Ben which is a must for me. Both are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. Always confident that my car problems will be taken care of at this dealership and it won’t come home with grease all over floor mats etc. This is a dealership that you can trust. Highly recommend.
