Very experienced, we were stranded in Arizona with a wheel bearing out for at least 28hrs, this guy was the only person we could find to help us, it did take him time to find the right bearing for our rv, but he did the job and made sure the other one was ok, and we made it back to Minnesota with absolutely no issues, highly recommend Josh! Very polite, and cares about getting you back to your destination
Hands down the best roadside experience I've had in years! We had an issue with tandems not sliding and needed a quick fix. Joshua came and waited for my driver while the driver was at the wrong address. He fixed the problem and did not overcharge. 100% recommended to all drivers and trucking companies in Kingman AZ area. A+ Roadside!
Joshua was very refreshing. I have had such a difficult time getting anyone to return a call in Kingman. Joshua was not only responsive he was also flexible and willing to work within our limited schedule. He was honest. I thought I needed a leaf spring and ended up not needing one. He took care of an issue i didn't know i had and showed me what he was doing. It was a legitimate issue. I would highly recommend Joshua. He is timely, honest, polite, and good at what he does.
On our way for a long awaited vacation in our RV on a Sunday.. Suddenly lost all power. We overheated and lost coolant. Josh was quick to find the problem and got us on our way. Very knowledgeable and nice young man. We will be keeping his card and spread his info to our friends. We can't say enough good about him.
