It’s a wonderful company. The homes are beautiful and so is the neighborhood. Management is kind, thorough and responsive. Highly recommend.
Extremely disappointed. The house was scheduled for July 14th, so we arranged our interstate move for August 1st, and now, with 48 hours to go, we realize the house isn't ready. Another important point: if you're counting on your child being accepted at Praireland Elementary School, don't get excited. Even though they list Praireland Elementary School on Zillow as their preferred school, the school didn't accept our application and sent our daughter to a school further away.
I had the best experience finding this place to live with Ms. Emily Burns. She gave me amazing customer service throughout and made it easy to navigate my options. I feel lucky to have found her and highly recommend this place and leasing agent. 5/5!
The application fee is $100 because when you find out about all the hidden fees in the lease you won’t sign. Who rents and pays property taxes, well if you rent from weldon reserve you will.
