The complex is kept in immaculate condition. The grounds are beautifully manicured and bushes and trees neatly trimmed. The pool is crystal clear and relaxing. Most of the residents are quite nice, but there’s always one bad apple in the bunch. And unfortunately won’t building has one. The HOA fees are getting excessive. Plus their accounting needs to be tightened. I believe they have a new management company and hopefully it will make a difference in billing procedures.
