RecommendedI recommend everything about them! They are great to work with, have very reasonable prices, conveniently located, offer a pick-up/delivery service, wash and fold service, and treat you much better than the bigger/corporate type places like Pride Cleaners or Tide Cleaners. I have been going with Weldon for a few years now and don't see that changing anytime soon.
Weldon Cleaners has been a fantastic find for my family's dry cleaning!! The prices are amazing, the personalized service is second to none and strong ownership with Robert. my suits look incredible! 5 star spectacular!
They had my dry cleaning for 2 days and had never even touched it. Went to pick it up and they said it must have gotten lost in the back. I asked them when they could have it done because i had a meeting that night and they said they could have it done tomorrow evening. Even with me being a loyal VIP customer, they showed no remorse. Poor management and poor customer service. I do not recommend.
I came here because it said same day service on the window. 90% of the other dry cleaners in town ask you to drop off by 9am for 5pm pickup wen claiming same day service. This place tried to quote me 2 days later. Then, when I asked for same day service they said I needed to have it there first thing in the morning. Who knows what time that means? You can't find a better dry cleaner then Weldon Cleaners in Overland Park, KS. They are extremely good at what they do. Their attention to detail is out of this world! Tried them shortly after they opened because they were across from my office & offered a grand opening special. Discovered that there really IS a difference in dry cleaners and I've never gone back to my old one! My clothes don't stink like chemicals, they remember my name when I come in, always have my order ready when they say it'll be ready and are incredibly honest - place any $ found in my husband's pockets in an envelop and attach to the bag!! I tell everyone about them.
