To start, the Weldon booking system online is always reliable and efficient. I arrived 5mins before my appointment time and Katherine was already waiting and ready. Throughout the entire haircut, Katherine knew what to do and always told me before starting a new bit of the process. Katherine additionally went above and beyond by recommending two great hair products which were used during the appointment, and was knowledgeable in both and their effects on both men and women’s hair. Terrible experience, 3 bad haircuts. The third time I spoke up and while she was cutting, I clarified and showed pictures, and she was quick to comment that this cut would cost more. I was in the chair for 20 minutes, $58 and the haircut was terrible. Get home and the haircut is super uneven, the lines around my ears are terribly done. Super unfortunate I was so patient with this barber. Weldon doesn't offer just a haircut, so you are forced to pay for a shampoo as well. Never going back.
