To fix excavator attachment, their quotation was 3000 dollars but I received 5000 dollars invoice. I made them fix my tractor bolts paying 3000 dollars but after 13 months, I found the bolts broken some months ago, but they did not fix them saying it is maker(kioti)'s fault. Worst kind of fixing shop I have ever seen. I am a Tasmania farmer.
