i’ve called about 4 time asking where my certification is, every time they say it’s been returned to them in the mail, i ask what address do you have and with out fail they seem to not hear me or write it down improperly forgetting the my apt number, incorrect spelling of the address, or adding street instead of ave, it’s a 2hr drive for me just to get there for a simple piece of paper. I wonder if they’ll be able to get it correct the next time i call
The owner Jesse is the most rude, unprofessional inspector I have ever worked with. When he first inspected my work he was going to pass me, the he came across as vulgar, insulted me, and failed every weld. This unethical bias is not what you’re looking for from an inspector.
