Jacob and Zane are outstanding. I am ignorant to the ways of welding, aside from knowing I NEEDED some consumables for my hard to source aluminum wire feed welder..they promptly teamed up to find a solution for me, and thereby SAVED my company thousands of dollars. They were laser focused on assisting me, and serving my need, despite not being a big ticket item, nor a repeat customer.
