Poorly built , attitude when I called with questions and not budget friendly. I was told they do not compare to alweld or similar boats. That they are budget boats. Well an identical alweld is less than 1000$ more and well worth it for better service and a quality built boat. My boat that I order was a mess. Sloppy welds, welds that did not penetrate, dents from being hit with a hammer, pods installed wrong and forced bending that left bulging in some areas. Have had a weldbilt for years and has been the best boat I have owned. I recently hit a submersed metal structure while duck hunting and put a small hole through the hull ( this steel structure would have pierced any aluminum boat). I called weldbilt and they told me to bring it up there. They had it repaired in ten minutes and refused to accept payment. Exceptional customer service and great boats!
I posted a review years ago, and somehow it's been removed. I bought a Weldbilt new in 2013 and almost immediately had issues with cracking. I had to replace the flimsy Weldbilt console with a stronger G3 console after a few months. A little more than two years had passed when I discovered all of the braces along the bottom (see pics) had broken away from the hull, as well as cracks at the top of the transom brace.
