He explain to me the different kinds of window options I had and help me pick go to options for the different spots.. 5 of the windows were retrofit, 2 required reframing and replacing the trim. When the second fellow came out to do the measurements he was also great. I must say, the entire experience from the sales person, Eli to the installation process (sorry I don't know the names of the 2 people on the installation team) as very satisfying.
