The VP has no idea how to run a company and is taking this place down with her. There isn’t a general manager nor a sales manager. New employees quit every other week because no one gets proper training and the pay is low.
I use their filler rod all the time at work. We wanted a quick reference sheet of applications and pre heat information for the rods we use and Weld Mold Co. provided a laminated reference poster free of charge. I highly recommend doing business with them.
