I had these windows installed years ago. I have some major problems and CAN NOT GET THESE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE. I am so furious, with there so called LIFETIME WARRANTY... I am going to call the news people on TV that try and get things resolved with bad services from companies. That is hockey pucks when they say people that are satisfied don't write reviews, this company is awful, I'm kicking myself for not spending a little more & going with companies that are reliable.
