I would like to give no stars. Do not use them for marketing. Not one lead said they saw this "magazine" or postcards. If you do, please know their contracts are never-ending, recurring BS. They tell you it is a one year, but it is not. If you refuse to pay for the next year they will insist you owe them for the whole year. BEWARE Very questionable busainess practice.
BEWARE!!! ALL HOME OWNERS!!! I RECEIVED A PACKET WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME AS IF THEY WERE THE NEW OCCUPANTS. THIS CO. SENDS WELCOME PACKETS TO PEOPLE WHO ALREADY OWNED THEIR HOMES. WITHOUT ANY REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION TO CREATE SUSPICIOUS CONCERNS, CHECK YOUR DEEDS' REGISTRAR TO MAKE SURE THERE'S BEEN NO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. SICK! SCAMMMERS EVERYWHERE!!!
The wort way to spend money for marketing. Client support is terrible. Once you sign the 12 month contract, getting a hold of a rep is nearly impossible.
Never in all my years in business have a had solicitor be so incredibly rude during a call. I politely let Tobi Murphy in Sarasota that our marketing budget is committed at this time. After asking me to recommend a competitor for her to call , ( why would I do that) I simply mentioned I was not going to recommend a competitor to advertise against my business, she responded " well it doesn't hurt you " just prior to hanging up on me. We didn't get a single lead after months and several thousand dollars. They helped to improve our ad but still nada and they refused to let us out of the contract. A complete waste of money.
