Good gym with a good variety of equipment. From general fitness to bodybuilding to powerlifting it got you covered. Place is clean and well taken care of. Owners of the gym are there quite often and put a lot of love into it and care about their customers.

Might be the first gym I've ever been to that actually had the equipment bolted to the ground. Four squat racks, five standard bench setups, six deadlift platforms, two lat pulldowns, even two hip thrust machines. Mix of cable-based and plate-loaded machines so you can do whichever you prefer. Chalk not provided, but permitted. Plus, the place is so spacious, even at its busiest I never feel crowded.... And that was before they took over the next unit to be the cardio room!

This is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. All the equipment you could ever want, and the owners are just wonderful people. What a great place to train. Check it out!
