I’ve given this dry cleaners more chances than I can count, but unfortunately, I’ve had persistent issues—especially with their alteration services. Every time I bring in clothing that needs alterations, I make sure to drop it off well in advance. I give them more than enough time, thinking that will ensure the work is done properly and on time. Horrendous experience. I needed a dress hemmed and came on a Wednesday (1 week later) and she had forgotten to hem my dress according to her. So with my flight being the next morning I had to come back at 7am to get my dress and then the back was about 2 inches off the ground and the front was too long. Then my husband got a tux dry cleaned and they lost the leather loops for his suspenders which we realized once we got to Florida. The lady was a nightmare to deal with.
