We had such a positive experience with Welcome Clinic and Dr. Lim. I called the office the day after the August BC long weekend and the reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to see my Dad very quickly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Lim was caring, thorough, and took the time to assess him properly. Time management is definitely not working here. I am sharing my worst experiences. Today I booked my appointment for 2:30pm, but they called me at 3:46pm. The staff has NOT been friendly so far, and they all seem to have no respect for people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic to you at all.🙌🏻
