We made the decision to build with Welcome Homes more than 3 years ago. We were guaranteed a superior home, not a typical builder grade home. We met several times with the project manager Benjie Burford. Despite the promised of a quick build, it took almost one year to get permitting because Welcome homes did not do their due diligence in terms of municipal construction rules, then tried the change the size and layout of the home – sending different plans to the town for approval without our knowledge.
