Ryan is the best combination of good follow up without being pushy. He always seemed to send something I needed just before I asked. I had given up on buying when the place I was looking for went off market. He later texted me that it was back on, then found an even better spot. Also important he KNOWS homes and their construction and has excellent resources to get you through all the closing process. 555!!!!! Stars.
