I have worked with Erica and Steve twice now. Both times same results. Incredible customer service they kept us updated on every aspect. The paperwork and negotiations on both properties were not straight forward. However, Erica and Steve handled everything! I think anyone can show a house and even sell it. I honestly didn’t know what we signed up for and truly thought it was just your average realtors … but the moment we signed on the dotted line and hired them they rolled out the red carpet. Steve and Erica are the best. Since 2015, they have helped us with 5 separate transactions. They have helped us buy and sell homes. They also continue to help our friends and family purchase new properties. I would highly recommend. They have all the bells and whistles when it comes to selling your home and always take the extra mile.
