Check in lady was very nice They wanted my license for a photo of it The guy Jim was very rude not good customer service at all Jim wanted my card number for a holding fee but it did not sound right. He goes pay the money or leave this was at 2030 at night also. The room has do not smoke in the room as soon as you open the it smell like cigarettes. The shower pressure is no good The room is very basic not worth $125 The road noise is very bad so loud

Terrible experience.The female owner was extremely rude and unfriendly, and her attitude felt petty and unprofessional. The room was filthy. The bathroom and sink were covered in grime and clearly not cleaned properly. The air conditioner made constant strange noises, which made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Was absolutely horrified of the cleanliness. Felt like we were sleeping on bricks. The shower had mould throughout, toilet had previouse stayers shit in the bowl. Towels smelt filthy and one had some sort of brown marks on it. Lucky I take my own bedding and towels to use. The actual manager/ owner of the place got caught entering our room not once but 3 times. No privacy at all. The swimming pool was full of bugs and mould Worst hotel i have ever stayed in

Give them a miss. Said they CAN change the date of booking, then all of a sudden can't change the date. Can't refund the booking. Can't do anything. Can barely understand them, English is clearly not their first language. Scabs. Took money for a service they didn't provide.
