If I could give this company a zero I would. We lived in one of their Norman properties for almost 6 years. They do not respond to maintenance requests and/or phone calls or emails. Twice we had to pay to have our air conditioner fixed.Oh, and we also removed wallpaper in the dining room in order to repaint the walls, only to find black mold! We found a house worked with the leasing agent paid the application fee x 6 and notified via text we had been approved and come in and pay our deposit which we did and then the night before we were come n and sign the lease the agent calls only one person to explain and after we did what we were suppose to told we didn't get it or whatever have no clue and the agent disclosed personal information we will be reporting this place and the agent. would give zero stars but you can't and I find it funny after all negative true f... read more

If I would have written this review 3 months ago I would of been happy to give them 5 stars but they can thank their maintenance department for this review. I have tried repeadly to get in contact with someone since Sept. 26 and still nothing. My maintenance request aren't "emergencies" and I completely understand that but it's common professional courtesy to at least return phone calls.

Welcome home is the worst place to ever rent from. My mom rented a house through this company and they didn't tell her that her house was going up for auction. She paid her rent for the month of may and on may 12th she found out by the new owners that the house had been sold. She had to pay rent to the new owners and a deposit. Kandis or kandy, whatever her name is acted as they did not know the house was going up for acution. They still have not sent my mom back her prorated rent nor return any calls. I had air now I don't this portable wall unit is eating up my money my light bill runs 179.00 a month make me think it was done on purpose why I'm I getting eviction I paid what Robin told me to pay she said section 8 said I pay 175.00 and they pay the rest and I did that and she told me not to worry about that just get my deposit paid I paid 325.00 I owe 193.00 I been calling about the air no one calls me back what kinda office does that its hot in the other part of the house I have grandkids that come to see me they be h... read more
