I’ve purchased 2 homes (my first and second) with welcome Home and I was extremely happy both times with the support I received from Philip and Devin. They made a stressful process feel manageable due to their availability and knowledge. 5++++ stars!
I worked with Welcome Home Loans back in 2006 to finance my first home. The experience was incredible, so much that I reached out to them again (some 17+) years later when I decided to secure funding for a renovation: The experience was even smoother this time around. Devin, Philip, Jenny and the rest of the crew have been great: they're efficient, patient and friendly. I've left very few Internet reviews, but these folks are #1 in their game and deserve the positive review feedback.
Devin and the rest of the team at Welcome Home Loans were complete and thorough during our refinancing process. They took the time to define our goals and explain multiple options, describing the benefits and drawbacks of each. Communication was exceptional at every step.
My wife and I bought our house in 2022, we decided to work with Devin at Welcome Home and he was amazing. Every question we had Devin had a through and thoughtful answer. Purchasing our first house was an extremely daunting task but Devin helped make it as stress free as possible for us. 11/10 would recommend.
