Kelly did my home inspection, ruled out all visible foundation cracks as hairline and cosmetic cracks. I have since been dealing with water coming thru those cracks and an instance of expansion in one of the cracks. Will not trust such a company ever again and don’t recommend them.
*Update* : you did an inspection on our home in March 2023, check your records. I stand by my post, choosing you to do our inspection was one of the worst decisions we've ever made. Chosing this company was one of the worst decisions we've ever made. So much was missed on the inspection including leaking roof, foundation problems, structurally unsafe garage, underpowered furnace, windows that don't open. I'm at a loss for words on the amount of money we've had to spend to fix these issues. I get that the inspection was completed in the winter but these issues were immediately identified by trades people shortly after the purchase of the house.
Kelly is an incredibly thorough and knowledgable inspector. He went over and above to take his time and explain things to us and answer our questions. His experience and understanding of what makes a house is very valuable. I would book him again if we ever look for another house.
