The management was helpful however the lady that they sent to my home to clean just my mother’s room did not do a good job. The cleaner also removed three diamond rings from my mum’s small trinket box which was on the shelves that she was asked to tidy and clean! My mum was being discharged from a local hospital and putting away her jewelry was the last thing on our mind before getting the cleaner in.
