Read their contract very carefully. We started to use Welcome Home until I actually read their contract. They're payment late fee is 1.5% per DAY with 24 hour grace period - think about it - that's over 50% per month with compounding!!!. I'm pretty sure this isn't even legal in California (late fees must be able to be related to actual costs associated with late payment).
