Update 8/15/25 I’m normally not the one to leave negative reviews, but I feel the need to this time. Since Carlos has not been in charge, the community has gone extremely down hill. When we first signed to move here, we were extremely happy and everything was taken care of. Now fast forward to today and nothing is being taken care of. The grass in the empty lot next to our home is waist high! (See picture below) Along with 95% of the other lots that no houses sit. Carlos is no longer in charge. We now have another person and this is what we now have. People who don't keep places up and this...see picture. Update: It has gotten worse. Everything that Kristen posted below is true. All of our pictures were taken down. I cannot go out my back door because of the incline out my door and front is full of holes. Manager does nothing. One person’s mobile home has the ground washing away under it and now has a big hole. They do nothing.
Would give no stars if i could. Management seems not to care about upkeep. Also, it's if your friends then rules can be broken. For in HOA, it's laughable. Signs fallen down, torn up, and the gate is always breaking. Yes, it looked great when we first moved in. Until the next door neighbor's sewer line in our yard. Nothing that welcome home can do is what was told to us. Also, kids are running all around without their parents. We get emails to say we have to mow or clean up the yard when they don't mow till the guy that owns... read more
Leaves a lot of room for improvement. Weeds with mosquitos, lake pollution, both gates need auto entry since one not always work? Have had to have room mate with his car trip exit gate.
