The owner insisted they would keep my mother when Medicaid approved her, and for 2.5 years they pretended that was so. Then when she qualified for Medicaid, they could not accept her because Medicaid is not contracted with them. And did they do ANYTHING to rectify this? NO. Stay away. The place is always clean and maintained. The caregivers (Marlene and Rosina) at Welcome Home were amazing, such a blessing to my dad and our family, knowing that he was so loved and well cared for. They went out of their way to ensure he was happy, well fed with nutritious food, always clean with fresh clothes on. Thank you so much!
My grandfather was a resident here and really enjoyed the staff and the food. He needed 24/7 care and the staff and management are very accommodating. Residents here have alot of fun and are treated like family.
My Father lived there for 3 years and was very happy and well cared for.
