amazing products and also good cooking tools at a low price
Most of the time I went here to purchase a lunchbox, but always received terrible service. Since I am only there for a lunchbox it makes sense for me to go to the Service Counter to check out because I only have 1 or 2 items at most, but the old lady there always refuse to ring me up even if she had just finished with customers before me. this store has sanitary problem. It doesn't look clean generally. Restroom smells,tiny, nasty. Food shelf rusted. Deli area has cooked food in open window for flies and mosquitoes to visit. I don't get to see the kitchen, maybe nasty. They sell faked and spoiled food and wine. Bad food I bought from this store include spoiled wine, spoiled noodle, faked dried seaweed, expired canned food and dried food. Many chinese foods and price is cheap than Austin. The cashier can speak chinese too, I could be more friendly to communicated with them.
Great store, products and awesome customer service. We always go their when "road tripping".
