I hate to post a bad review like this, but I wanted to share my experience. Admittedly I had a pretty complicated request - I had a wool dress with pleats that needed to be dry cleaned. I’m not a stranger to fabrics, so I understood that the pleats on wool would come out after getting wet (dry cleaning is in fact a pretty wet process!). I gave the dry cleaner a call to ask if they are able to iron pleats onto a wool dress, and I was very upfront that this would be a challenging task. I used to live right by this place but moved several years ago and I go out of my way to take my clothes here. Amazing service, reasonable prices, and my clothes always come out perfectly.
