We were traveling through when our camper lock malfunctioned and we couldn't get in. Welcome Back had us come by and all the techs came out to help. They finally got the lock pulled so we could get in. They were all so nice and wouldn't even take any money. Such wonderful people who actually care about others.
This my friends is a gem! Fair price and very prompt! Thry are the real deal, care about the customer and perform as thry say. This is one place I'd recommend to my mama!
Brandy and the entire team were absolutely perfect in working with. Brandy dealt with insurance differences, getting all parts ordered in a timely manner all awhile keeping me up to date on everything. Great personality for a customer service person. Tells you like it is even if its not as quick as you wanted but it was always honest. That's the important part. I would come back here for any service i need done on my class c motorhome. Fast, Honest & Reliable.
We consider ourselves very fortunate that the perfect used camper for our needs was for sale here at WBRV. We drove a couple hours past many used campers to get to this camper and we do not regret it at all.
