There have been NUMEROUS times where I was struggling to get through my days due to stiffness and pain, and after receiving work from Nomi on the massage table, was able to complete my day successfully and beyond! Her energy is contagious - and her Rebound Classes are challenging! Even as a competitive athlete and weight lifter, I found her class to be a great workout!
