Welcome ambulance has left me stranded four times in two years. The last time they left me stranded at the doctor's office for three hours. No matter how many times the nurses or I called welcome ambulance they did not come. My POA even call them since we had already paid them $150. Therefore, I would warn anyone about using them.
I am livid. Again for the 2nd time failed to pick up my mother for a doc appt. Glad I called this morning as a fluke to remind them of her appt, only to find they never scheduled it. Why do I have to explain the importance of these appts?
I was very satisfied of service that I receive.
This rating is just for the price. They charged $100 round trip to transport my mother in wheelchair to destination less than 1 mile away. Due to short notice I went with them, but will not be using them again. Will rate the service this sunday...
