Brian was very helpful and genuine. We were traveling through and he went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.
Brian was helpful and went above and beyond with the purchase of our trailer. He met after hours, paid attention to detail, send videos of the trailer because we weren’t able to see it in person until pick up, he also got all the paperwork and title in a hurry so that we could pick it up sooner. He also made sure we made it home safely. He was honest, and kind. If we ever need another trailer or a trailer repair, we will be going to Welch’s. Highly recommend.
