Due to the age of the roof on our newly purchased home, our insurance company required us to have it replaced to avoid policy cancellation. After an extensive search involving multiple contractor visits and phone calls, we ultimately chose Welch's Quality Builders & Roofing, LLC to strip and re-shingle both the house and garage. zero follow up after roof was installed WOULD NOT RECONMEND
In June 2022, Welches Roofing replaced our roof; however, we have since discovered a leak in our home. We attempted to contact Welches for two weeks, but our calls were ignored. Eventually, we contacted another roofing company to fix the leak, which revealed that the flashing around our chimney was poorly installed, causing a slow leak that damaged the inside of our home. We are unsatisfied with the work performed by Welches Roofing and would not recommend their services due to their unprofessionalism and poor work quality.
