Outstanding job!
Great customer service and good results. Removed stains from the carpets. Liked that owner of the company came and did the work. Like this process since it doesn't leave carpets soaking wet like other companies.
Mr. Welch was awesome! He was prompt and courteous and educated me on the best way to care for my floors (which I can never seem to keep clean no matter what I do). Now I finally feel like I can keep on top of this task. Thank you Mr. Welch!

5 stars for service and results… pricing “iffy” .. entered all I was seeking, nothing left out, on company website and received a good faith estimate of $150. Technician arrived and informed what he would be doing but never discussed pricing nor did I ask as had a general idea of cost from my estimate which disclosed all pet related issues. I was charged $375 upon completion, a far cry from the good faith estimate based on my good faith estimate of required services.
