Brady and his team go above and beyond for the customer. They are friendly, respectful, and honest in their work. Brady takes the time to explain the issue and solution, in layman's terms, and has exceeded my expectations every time we have needed maintenance on a vehicle. Prices are fair and I will continue to use Welches for all our repairs. :)
I really appreciate how fast they are able to get the work done and today they helped me reattach a guard underneath the car that came off in the deep snow at no charge. They definitely take care of you!

I have been going to Welches for years and they never let me down, they usually surprise me with how fast and efficient they are. I know once again today I was in at the Bluffton branch and that Brady is a busy guy but he made time for me as usual and got me back on the road in know time. He is outstanding and very polite and knows everything their is to know about anything with wheels, and when it comes to all the red tape he's the man. I like the fact I can drop off my car for an oil change and it's done quickly and I get a call I can pick it up.
