The reception area in the Welch Veterinary Clinic is impeccably maintained and we are always warmly greeted (by name) immediately then seen soon thereafter--which consistently has been the case for over a year. This aspect is especially important because one never wants to be left waiting for an inordinate amount of time thereby exposing others (or being exposed) to an ill animal.
