Fantastic court builder.
Welch resurfaced my existing tennis court and did a great job! I am posting this because there does not seem to be too many reviews out there on completed Welch projects. My courts were at least 20 years old and guessing last resurfaced over 10 years ago. Welch repaired the cracks with concrete, levelled low areas, added a fiberglass layer to help minimize future cracking and converted our tennis lines into two Pickleball courts. More than pleased with the professional job. Courts look brand new!
Be careful if you rent your property via Air Bnb etc to them. The owner rents it on behalf of his company and does not respond to messages and does not stay. His guys kept putting the AC down to 65 degrees or less, which would freeze up the AC unit. I kept asking him not to do it but never responded back. They brought back extra people and don't know what they were doing in the property at times. Be careful!!!
