Extremely slow loading process. Only one dock available for pickups, causing long delays. Drivers are forced to drop trailers. Management should seriously consider improving efficiency — our time is valuable too.
Not a bad place to work at all, machines are out of date or broke down. And 2nd shift isn't the best at all, especially when it comes to leadership. Also next to no training your job its literally hands on. To Keep it short, profit is the only thing that matter here. Not proper pay for employees even when promised noir safety or training just profit.
Easy to work with company. Fantastic customer service and responsive sales team. 10/10
Shipping department is quick to answer questions and the drivers are courteous.
