I’ve called this company every spring/fall/winter for the last 4 years and they never pick up their phone no matter how many times you call or what time of day it is. Extremely unsatisfied. I guess I’ll never know what their prices are. 🤷‍♀️

My very first experience. Will NEVER use them. I phoned to get prices. They were the cheapest. We go through the whole thing. She finds out where I live. Tells me they do deliver to my area. She explains they don't take debit / credit cards. Only check or cash. I explained it would be a check. She asked if I wanted to place an order. I told her yes. She starts to take the order & then all of a sudden says you know what since I have never dealt with you before we want cash. I told her it was okay it was going to be a business... read more

Called when I first purchased my home and didn’t know size of our tank since it’s underground and wanted to get it completely filled so we would know size then. Lady I talked to said I wouldn’t be able to afford that much and was really nasty with me even though I told her I had the cash and would be able to cover it even if it was 2000gallons but she still refused so I went with top oil and never looked back and our tank is only a 550 gallon so I could of paid for it to be filled ten times before I ran out of cash

Quoted 4.15. Called a week later to see if they were still delivering. She said she would remind him. Now a month later and still no oil. Poor business and customer service.
