Very disappointed. A representatives Susan and Lisa are giving us the run around. She charged us for 3 years for a car we requested termination on, and provided proof of same. It seems that they did not remember to report to Travelers that we had requested termination, and WGO representative will not acknowledge fault or pay us back a free fall of money that was collected for a car we don't own.
