What a great group of people working here. We have a 30 year old fork lift break down on us, had ring power look at it and they told us it couldn't be repaired. They said the parts where not available and told us we should buy a new one. Well we call Welch forklift they came out same day for diagnostics within 24hours they had the part and our lift fixed. My Husband needed a forklift to use around the yard/shop. A friend mentioned Dustin at D Welch Equipment Company and we couldn’t have been more pleased with how they conducted business. Even after the sale was complete he’s still showing that 5 star customer service, I’ll forever be a customer and will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or even rent a forklift.

I'll start by saying I absolutely hate posting bad reviews . We've called this company multiple times trying to buy a forklift. (And before you ask we did not just go to their shop because we're 3 and 1/2 hours from them )The lady that always answers the phone can never give me any information about the forklift I'm interested in and always tells me the fellow I need to speak to is not there, they take my name and number and never call me back 4 times now this has happened, in fact the last time I called and she told me this... read more
