I have ordered some fencing materials including intermediate fence post. On their website the fence posts showing nice finishing both side. But I have received oneside finishing is not done. I have never seen concrete posts like that. I am really upset because this kind of fencing for lifetime. If I knew that it would come like that I would never order. But their wood fence panels are good.
Quick and easy service. Got the fence panel I needed and back out on the road. Staff where friendly and helpful.
My Nana ordered two fence panels from Welch's Fencing Ltd, delivered on Thursday afternoon. Unfortunately they were so heavy her son's couldn't lift them to put them in the fence. She phoned up Welch's assistant and explained the problem, a few days later she recieved a telephone call to say they will collect the two fence panels, and replace them with two of her choosing, and would refund the difference in the price. They are fantastically helpful and professional, and she cannot thank them enough for their kindness!
