We had this 2-man Chem-Dry crew drive in from Buffalo to clean the carpets for our Rochester based business on a Sunday afternoon when we were closed. They were punctual, really nice, and very professional. While they worked much faster than I would have thought possible (This is a good thing on a Sunday afternoon.) for a space like ours, they did an very thorough job.
