Excellent, quick, thorough service. Technician was very informative and did a great job!! Carpets look amazing!!
This is the second year of using Chem-Dry and I had the pleasure of having the same young man both times. I have had great experiences both times. I had my carpets and sectional done with the protectorate and deodorizer added. I can honestly say the protector is a must and it works. I had it done last year and right after I waste betadine on the carpet but with the protector I used vinegar & water solution and it ALL came up. Not a trace on the carpet. Huge shoutout to Allen Szudzik from Chem-Dry. He did an amazing job with my carpet cleaning and helping treat cat urine issues left behind by previous owners. Super professional, thorough, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect.
