Billing issues, poor project management, difficulty rectifying mistakes, unqualified labor. It’s a year later and unfortunately still fixing their work. Have have had plumbers and electrical through but the latest is for our pool coping. The stone was never sealed. It’s a limestone so porous so needed to hire a good company to clean as well as seal. I wanted to share some pictures because as we lifted the stones at the engine box it had been previously half cemented and tore back again, mistake never identified or rectified.... read more
