Bad receptionist
I came to Welch, Bruun, & Green b/c this was the law firm my dad started. I needed assistance with a social security issue. I met with the paralegal turned over documents. I made several phone calls to learn that no progress what so ever had been made in the 6+ months they had my ss claims. Requests for return calls fell on deaf ears. I ended up seeking help from an attorney outside of WBG. Several attempts had been made to retrieve documents given to WBG. WBG refused to send documents even with signed legal consent. If you are injured and need someone on your side. Run & go somewhere else. Spencer Kelly is NOT going to be there to answer questions or fight for you. I only met with him once in person at the mediation with the insurance company. The majority of the time I dealt with his assistant because he was never available. Didn’t even answer my emails. At the end, I wasn’t happy with the service or my settlement.
